Hang Gliders

These pieces represent another form of recycling in that they were created by making a computerized collage of some of my previous work. They were then printed on large scale, double-sided paper (3' x 5') and cut into patterns and then folded into different shapes. Their soft movement in the air is to me, reminiscent of gliders.

Tea Leaf Lanterns

These lanterns were created for an Exhibition entitled "The Ceremony of Tea", at the Triton Museum of Art in Santa Clara, California. They were made by scanning actual tea leaves and printing them onto translucent film.
